Shopping Concierge Center

Our Shopping Concierge is located on Level 1 near JC Penney or you can contact us by calling (440) 238-9199. 

Shopping Concierge Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Friday-Saturday: 10 a.m.- 9 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Concierges are available to assist with directions, store information, lost property, transportation and more.
